Item Description
GDC status report is built as MS Power BI app. You are required to have Power BI account under fpt.com to access the app.
This is a simple notes tool to enable GDC Teams to note their information weekly. You are requested to log in before accessing to the notes tool.
At this moment, user needs to use username/password managed by the application. However, the application will be integrated with FPT's user management system very soon so that user only need to log in into FTP once to use functions provided by the application.
Work Forecast function lists work status of employees and enables user to forecast future works such as contract extensions, new project assignments...for a specific employee or group of selected employees.

Billing items is a PowerBI report which lists billing items running in FML@Work tools. User is enabled to filter expected billing items.
Once user wants to customize Queries function of FML@Work tool but the customization would not be implemented in the main tool, the FML Quires function is an alternative.
Following customizations are provided:
  • Query 4 - Employee Rate: enables user to query rate of Employees who are/were working in T&M contract with clients.

    Customizations: (i) adding working position; (ii) enabling user to open WO by click on Contract Code to .



By certain reasons, user made overlapping of employment periods, working durations. For example,

Employee A working for department D1 from 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2023 and for department D2 from 02/01/2023 to 05/31/2023;

Employee B is assigned to work in project A from 01/01/2023 to 03/31/2024 and in project B from 02/01/2023 to 05/31/2023.

The 'Overlapping' is a PowerBI report which detects and reports unexpected overlaps to assist user making appropriate decisions.

Utility Description
Not like 'Overlapping' report which detects and reports current overlaps, the 'Overlaps check' utility allows user to identify if coming data will cause overlaps if it is put into the system.
